Welcome to New Green Traders. By purchasing from our website, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms, policies, and conditions. These policies form part of the Terms & Conditions of Sale and shall be legally binding on all customers.
Return & Exchange Policy
•No Returns on Quality Basis: Products once sold will not be accepted for return on grounds of quality, color, design, or personal preference. We maintain strict quality checks before dispatch.
• Size Exchanges Only: Exchanges are permitted strictly for size-related concerns, subject to the availability of stock.
• Customer Responsibility: Products must be shipped back by the customer, at their own expense, to our designated warehouse. New Green Traders will not bear reverse logistics charges for standard exchanges.
• Condition Requirement: Exchanges will be accepted only if the returned product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original condition, with all packaging, labels, and tags intact. Products failing this condition will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s cost.
• Price Differences: Any price variation will be adjusted by way of additional payment (from the customer) or partial refund (by New Green Traders).
• Mandatory Unboxing Video: A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from seal opening to product inspection) is a mandatory requirement for all exchange/refund requests. Requests without such video evidence shall be summarily rejected.
• Defects, Damages & Wrong Deliveries:
◦ Minor deviations/defects within 5–10% tolerance shall be deemed acceptable and not constitute grounds for refund/exchange.
◦ In case of major manufacturing defects, complete transit damage, or wrong item delivery, New Green Traders may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or replacement.
◦ For such cases, reshipping charges will be borne by New Green Traders.
Refund Policy
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds shall be permitted only in exceptional cases (major manufacturing defect, complete damage, or wrong product).
• Video Proof Required: Refund claims without a mandatory unboxing video will not be processed.
• Time Limit: Refund requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery. Late requests shall be deemed void.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds (if approved) will be processed only to the original payment method, subject to verification.
• Cancellation Policy:
◦ Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
◦ If cancelled after dispatch, applicable delivery charges and deductions will apply.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for prepaid refunds will be refunded only as a wallet credit.
• Final Decision: All refund determinations by New Green Traders shall be final and binding.
COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy
•Confirmation: COD orders shall be dispatched only upon telephonic/email confirmation by the customer If required.
• Auto-Cancellation: Lack of confirmation will lead to automatic cancellation.
• Refusal of Delivery: If a confirmed COD parcel is refused, New Green Traders reserves the right to blacklist the customer from future COD orders.
• Repeated Refusals: Customers with repeated COD refusals may have COD facilities permanently revoked.
Terms & Conditions
• Non-Acceptance of Orders: Denial of confirmed order deliveries may result in COD suspension or account blacklisting.
• Repeated Delivery Refusals: Customers who repeatedly refuse delivery shall be permanently blacklisted.
• Custom Orders: All custom/special requests must be confirmed via email. Once accepted, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Non-Returnable Items: Specific items marked as non-returnable/non-refundable shall override these general policies.
• Company’s Rights: New Green Traders reserves the right to amend, modify, or withdraw any policy without prior notice.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
• New Green Traders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or expenses arising out of the use of our products or services.
• Responsibility is limited strictly to the value of the product purchased.
• Delays or failures caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, transport restrictions, lockdowns, government actions, etc.) shall not constitute breach of contract.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Division Lahore, Pakistan.
